Technology Resource Group

It is clearly recognized that technology advancements in security systems is progressing at an unprecedented pace. Digital close circuit television, access control systems, crime mapping and computer aided dispatch are merely a few areas of security's "high tech" advancements.  The purpose of the Technology Resource Group is to gather the expertise of personnel in participating departments to assist each other on assessing needs and making informed, educated decisions in the area of technology.  Understanding manpower restrictions of some participating departments, it is intended for the membership of this group to convene on an "as needed" basis, create contact personnel within departments, and communicate electronically on a regular basis to exchange information and ideas to accomplish the intent of the group.
